Bourbon & Beyond, the world’s largest bourbon festival, once again proves it will celebrate America’s native spirit in a way never seen before with the announcement of The Big Bourbon Bar lineup, National Bourbon Day pop-ups and a weekly bourbon cocktail series. Led Zeppelin 2 Excites At The Appalshop Theater In Whitesburg
The Appalshop Theater might be the best 200 seat or less theater in the region, maybe even the state. Literally, not a bad seat in the house, freshly renovated with new seats and carpet, Appalshop is a great place to watch a show! Watching a show is exactly what’s going on tonight but let me add a mid-February night that found me sitting outside before the show wearing a short sleeve tee shirt. That’s crazy for this time of year, but this is Kentucky, wait 15 minutes and the weather will change! The weather outside, while nice, was nothing compared to what was about to go on inside the theater.…
