    If Country Music is King in Kentucky, Rupp Arena is it’s Palace. Kentucky’s Queen will always be Loretta Lynn, but on Friday, the Palace got a visit from a Princess. The cool thing about a Country show at Rupp Arena is there’s usually a pre-show concert in the lobby of Heritage Hall, near the food court.     Miranda Lambert has been on the road early in 2018 on her new “Livin’ Like Hippies” tour. You’d be hard-pressed to name a female act bigger than she is in Country Music. So her stop in Lexington at Rupp Arena on Friday is a pretty dog-gone big deal. So join us for a performance from Scott Said & Backroads in the Civic Center before the show. Then join us inside as one of my favorite bands, The Steel Woods opens up the night. I saw these guys with Blackberry Smoke last year, before their album was released and they blew me away.
